Jonah Energy acquires and operates producing oil and gas properties in North America. The Jonah Field, one of North America’s most prolific gas fields, was our first acquisition in 2014. Through improved efficiency and innovation we have halted production declines and reduced operating costs, while emphasizing safety and environmental performance.

Our Approach
 

Jonah Energy LLC firmly believes in collaboration with the BLM, State of Wyoming, environmental organizations, and other stakeholders in an effort to develop sound science to guide our management decisions and minimize impacts to sensitive resources with the goal of producing domestic energy.  Jonah Energy has committed to a host of measures designed to reduce the NPL Project’s impacts on air quality, wildlife and soils, through measures that include field-wide avoidance and minimization of wildlife habitats, cutting-edge emission reduction and a strong commitment to cooperate with key stakeholders.  We respect each other and our communities. We operate safely, respect the environment, obey laws, and are a responsible corporate citizen.
